About The Chitragupta Chronicle
For the record of our time. An India-rooted publication with a global field of view.
A publication, and a public record
The Chitragupta Chronicle is being built around news, original investigations, ideas and a traceable record of public statements and events. Its name draws on Chitragupta, the recorder of actions. The editorial ambition is to preserve evidence faithfully and make judgments openly.
Our place in the Foundation
The Chitragupta Chronicle is a brand and division of Nataraja Labs Research Foundation, with its own editorial structure and operations. Funding, payments and employment sit within the Foundation. It is not a separate company.
Our edition
This edition combines newsroom articles with explicitly labelled development briefs. Every displayed article has an image and links to supporting sources. Linked source catalogues and captured evidence records are distinguished.
Our workflow captures sources, researches claims and prepares articles and images for publication. Eligible news can be scheduled under an editor-authorised policy. Other formats and corrections retain editorial decisions. Automation supports this process; it does not make a source or a generated claim inherently reliable.
